Detailed Product Description
Our company produce PP-R pipe production line equip with professional single screw extruder, with having high speed extrusion, high effective plasticization and others. Adopt with separation style mix-temper screw, three sets co-extrusion mould head of special design, channel with reason, insider and outside of pipe is very smooth, inner-stress is very small, production range is 20mm110mm, production speed reaches highly to 20m/min.
Production line equipped with all auto-vacuum feeding machine, auto-constant temperature drier.Die head mould is spiral diffluence style die head, with static state mix-temper system, feeding layer fold with each other plenty, compare with traditional bracket style mould head, this time the inner-stress distribution is more uniformity.
Calibrating cooling design for vacuum calibrating and cooling system, water trunk was made by stainless steel plate, never rust-rot forever, adopt with multi-section water mould cooling to insure the requirement of high speed thick wall pipe and big caliber pipe.
All new non-bits auto-cut saw, cutting profile is smooth and roundness, high precision, low noise. Low cost: may add antimicrobial to produce PPR anti-bacilli pipe, compare with the general pipe, the cost is only higher 5-10%.
